Ingredients

  • 2 Medjool Dates pitted
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 2 tbsp Shredded Raw Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Pit and slice the dates in half lengthwise.
  • Fill each date half with 1/2 tbsp seed butter
  • Sprinkle on raw carrots, coconut, and sea salt.
  • Enjoy right away!

Notes

-No Sunflower Butter? Use almond, cashew, or coconut butter.
-No Coconut? Leave it off! Replace with chocolate chips or cinnamon.
-No Carrots? Still delicious.
