Lime, Coconut, & Ginger Broth

How to Dress Up your Bone Broth with Thai flavors - bright, spicy, and satiating.

  • 1 cup bone broth of choice
  • 1/2 Inch freshly grated ginger root or more to taste
  • 2-3 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon full-fat coconut milk
  • flaky sea salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • red chili flakes to taste


  1. Heat bone broth to a low simmer and pour into mug.
  2. Add fresh ginger and stir to integrate. Let steep briefly. Add remaining ingredients, tasting as you go.
  3. Season as needed until juuuuuust right.
