bonebroth, broth, coconut milk, soup
bone broth of choice
freshly grated ginger root or more to taste
fresh lime juice
full-fat coconut milk
flaky sea salt to taste
chopped fresh cilantro leaves
red chili flakes to taste
Heat bone broth to a low simmer and pour into mug.
Add fresh ginger and stir to integrate. Let steep briefly. Add remaining ingredients, tasting as you go.
Season as needed until juuuuuust right.
