Parry's Fruity Pebbles + Cacao Superfood Smoothie

This smoothie still goes unnamed. With such an interesting hodgepodge of ingredients, it comes out tasting like savory fruity pebbles with a chocolately finish. It's an experience.

Ingredients

  • 2-4 Broth Cubes (frozen bone broth ice cubes)
  • 8 oz Full-Fat Coconut Milk (canned)
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 2 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Potato or Pumpkin (optional)
  • 1 inch Ginger Root
  • 1 inch Turmeric Root
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
  • Good Pinch Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Collagen Protein Powder, Unflavored (optional)
  • 1 dropper Butter Toffee Liquid Stevia "Sweet Drops"

Optional Upgrades

  • Lions Mane, Cordyceps, Reishi, Turkey Tail (any combo)
  • Maca Powder
  • Creatine

Toppings

  • 3 Brazil Nuts chopped
  • 4-7 Pecans chopped
  • "Good Amount" Coconut Flakes (unsweetened)

Instructions

  1. Pop all these wonderful ingredients into a high-powered blender

  2. Blend until smooth
