Upgraded Pumpkin + Oat Smoothie

Make fall a liiiiitle healthier with this fiber-rich pumpkin smoothie made with Willa's Organic Oat Milk and real pumpkin. NO BANANAS and NO FRUIT = guilt-free treat for cooler temps!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Willa's Oat Milk
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree (canned or fresh)
  • ½ cup Frozen Cauliflower (or Cauliflower Rice)
  • ¼ cup Frozen Spinach
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil
  • 1 dropper Butter Toffee Liquid Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1-2 scoops Collagen Peptides (optional)

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp Raw Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1-2 Medjool Dates (chopped)

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to a high-powered blender.
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds, dates, and sprinkle of sea salt
