Upgraded Pumpkin + Oat Smoothie
Make fall a liiiiitle healthier with this fiber-rich pumpkin smoothie made with Willa's Organic Oat Milk and real pumpkin. NO BANANAS and NO FRUIT = guilt-free treat for cooler temps!
- 1 cup Willa's Oat Milk
- ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree (canned or fresh)
- ½ cup Frozen Cauliflower (or Cauliflower Rice)
- ¼ cup Frozen Spinach
- 1 tbsp MCT Oil
- 1 dropper Butter Toffee Liquid Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1-2 scoops Collagen Peptides (optional)
Toppings
- 1 tbsp Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- 1-2 Medjool Dates (chopped)
Add ingredients to a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth
Pour into a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds, dates, and sprinkle of sea salt
