Potacos: Loaded Sweet Potato Tacos

Easy 30-minute dinner that is gluten-free, corn-free, dairy-free for kids on a low-allergen diet and adults alike!

  • 1 # Grass-Fed Ground Beef, Bison, or Organic Turkey Seasoned
  • 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning Primal Palate, Siete, Thrive Mkt
  • 1/3 cup Beans Black or Pinto
  • 1 tbsp Guacamole or Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Salsa or Pico de Gallo
  • 1 tbsp Dairy-Free Sour Cream or Yogurt
  • 1 cup Lettuce or Sprouts
  • 1 tsp Red Onion, Jalapeno, Olives
  • 1 tsp Cilantro


  1. Bake Sweet Potatoes, about 40 mins. until soft. Can be done ahead of time.

  2. Saute Meat until cooked, season with Taco Seasoning Mix

  3. Top cooked potatoes with meat and beans

  4. Add other toppings as desired, just like a taco!

Recipe Notes

Involve your kids in topping, let them pick out things they LIKE and will eat.

Try 'baking' sweet potatoes in an air fryer or instant pot to speed up cook time!
