Apple Ginger Fizz Mocktail
An alcohol-free drink that has all the flavors of fall. I prefer Zevia Ginger Beer sweetened with Stevia.

- 4 ounces Apple Kombucha
- 12 ounces Ginger Beer or Sparkling Water
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 slices Honey Crisp Apple
- 2 sticks Cinnamon
- 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
Add kombucha, ginger beer, and maple syrup to a shaker. Gently shake or stir.
4 ounces Apple Kombucha, 12 ounces Ginger Beer, 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Pour over ice.
Garnish with apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and fresh rosemary.
2 slices Honey Crisp Apple, 2 sticks Cinnamon, 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
-No Ginger Beer: Use Sparkling Water and 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger instead
-Sugar-Free: Use low-sugar Kombucha and Zevia Ginger Beer
