Easy blend of blueberries, oat milk, and chia seeds for a thick pudding consistency that stands up overnight.

Chia Seeds

Raw Honey
or sweetener of choice

Instructions
Blend oat milk, vanilla, raw honey, collagen, salt and blueberries until smooth
Stir together Bluemilk blend and chia seeds
Pour into jar and refrigerate overnight, or until set
Top with additional berries, whipped coconut cream, and fresh herbs
Notes
Chia seeds take on a gel-like consistency when soaked. For a smoother ‘pudding’ consistency, completely
blend in
chia seeds.
