Blueberry Chia Oatmilk Pudding

Easy blend of blueberries, oat milk, and chia seeds for a thick pudding consistency that stands up overnight.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Willa’s Organic Oat Milk
  • ½ cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon Collagen Peptides optional
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Blend oat milk, vanilla, raw honey, collagen, salt and blueberries until smooth
  • Stir together Bluemilk blend and chia seeds
  • Pour into jar and refrigerate overnight, or until set
  • Top with additional berries, whipped coconut cream, and fresh herbs

Notes

Chia seeds take on a gel-like consistency when soaked. For a smoother ‘pudding’ consistency, completely blend in chia seeds.
