Blueberry Chia Oatmilk Pudding

Easy blend of blueberries, oat milk, and chia seeds for a thick pudding consistency that stands up overnight.

  • 1 cup Willa’s Organic Oat Milk
  • 1/2 cup Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 Tablespoon Collagen Peptides optional
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Pinch of Sea Salt


  1. Blend oat milk, vanilla, raw honey, collagen, salt and blueberries until smooth
  2. Stir together Bluemilk blend and chia seeds
  3. Pour into jar and refrigerate overnight, or until set
  4. Top with additional berries, whipped coconut cream, and fresh herbs

Recipe Notes

Chia seeds take on a gel-like consistency when soaked. For a smoother ‘pudding’ consistency, completely blend in chia seeds.
