Happy March! This month was always about celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with all things GREEN. However, I can’t help but think in a post-2020 world we now think of it as a pandemic-versary.
McDonald’s still rolls out their sugar-bomb Shamrock Shake. I’ve gone a different direction with my Lucky Green Smoothie with Oat Milk that is loaded with fresh, bright, cusp-of-spring flavors. No sugar added! For the ultimate sugar-free, clean, smoothie I use Willa’s Unsweetened Original Oat Milk.

There’s room for substitutions here, but this is my go-to ingredient list:
-Frozen Mango
-Lime
-Spinach
-Flaxseeds, Hempseeds, or try Chia and Sesame Seeds!

Lucky Green Smoothie: With Willa’s Oat Milk
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Mango (or Pineapple)
- 2 Limes, juiced
- 2 cups Spinach Fresh or Frozen
- 1 tbsp Freshly-ground Flaxseed
- 1 tbsp Hempseeds
- 2 scoops Grass-Fed Whey Protein (or Collagen)
- 2 cups Willa's Unsweetened Original Oat Milk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend well until smooth. Divide into glasses, sprinkle extra hemp seeds, and enjoy!
